Five Years in the Rockies
Upon arriving in Colorado in early 1976 after a short stop in Pennsylvania (where turning westward) found a nice short term small home in Wheat Ridge on Quay Street
Having an iron worker as a step-father allowed for a trip here and there. One memorable event was spending time in Big Piney, WY
. First time for Atlee, he was allowed some personal freedoms and had the opportunity to pick up a trade skill albeit for a short time. Not much need for underage drivers of heavy equipment except at that time and that place.
At his uncle Kevin's cattle ranch in Cañon City, CO
he learned to ride horse and limited farming skills. Did some rock climbing too. The best thing at that time was after a long day of chores was resting under the stars because there were so many to be seen away from the city lights.
In 1978, a young Atlee spent some time at Gemini House in Lakewood, CO
and ask that his readers donate to the cause of keeping children off the streets through their network at: http://www.urbanpeak.org/
Due to the large number of Lutherans and attending services an early exposure to the concept of Christian Social came into mind.
Atlee joined the SP-USA in late 1999 during the election campaigns in neither candidate did he see his values.
As a Socialist politician he was expelled from the Socialist Party of the United States of America on June 9, 2007 during the Socialist Party of Florida’s state convention without charge or notice via kangaroo court held by Marc E. Luzietti with only new party members being invited. Luzietti has been an outspoken atheist during both public and private events and it is believed that Atlee's Christian Social values played a role the personal attack that launched Luzietti into negative action to destroy and rebuild from within the SPFL.
The National Action Committee never investigated what had happen before or after, but per-convention did suspend the only state local which Yarrow had formed tossing all its members under the bus without warning. The newly appointed State Executive Committee by National Secretary Greg Pason then could take control of another state to centralize and oppress the minority report.
Yarrow never appealed to the National Committee during the National Convention of the Socialist Party of the United States of America on October 19-21, 2007 held in St. Louis, MO. due to what he felt was an exclusive party using segregation law from 1944 making political parties "private clubs". For the SPUSA to allow "hate" law to be used was hypocrisy to the principles of said party and revealed their dark-sidedness idiosyncratic true nature.
Yarrow's break with the SPUSA came about after several incidences of hate law - political parties are "private clubs" that can restrict membership - being used against its membership and discrimination for civil liberties and rights. Melvin Little was personally attacked for standing up for social causes and his liking of British heritage, Micheal C. Marino was personally attacked for his disabilities in clear violation of ADA laws, Walt Brown for his anti-communist and pro-life stance, the rise of a Black & Red Tendency (Anarchists & Communists group) within SPUSA, Gabe Ross for his Christian stance on social issues, Tim Platt for taking more middle class point of view on issues, and the list goes on. The one thing that is common to all the names listed is that these persons are all White males, including Yarrow. The SPUSA has been engaging in über political correctness of hate thought itself under the guise of faux caring when the actions and words tell a different story. European-Americans are in fact being violated for their race and gender by SPUSA's current leadership.
Atlee Yarrow continues to earned a degree towards education in social sciences and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Society honor. Yarrow currently has a federal license in avionics and a state license in security.
Yarrow has been a political activist supporting many local issues associated with or supported People for Peace and Justice, Movement for Economic Justice, Concerned Taxpayers of Duval, Wage Peace. A 1992 Mayoral candidate for the City of Auburn, GA. Former member GCIU Local 8M, Atlanta, GA. Ran as a write-in Candidate for Governor of Florida, but dropped out of the race.
Elected twice as an Officer of the Socialist Party of Florida, Secretary 2004 & 2006.
Atlee Yarrow has been known for his opinions on many topics. Has also been questioned by some, “I have decided to dub the Atlee Yarrow Starbuck debacle ‘Coffeegate’.” After a news story done by Folioweekly in which he drank coffee at a local Starbucks.
Yarrow's more logical and philosophical approach led him to a new political party interest that reflected closer his views, in 2011 he joined the American Third Position Party. The minor party, A3P, does not hold to either liberal or conservative or democrat or republican ideas, but is more receptive to fresh idea in a broader sense.
American Third Position Political Party
Yarrow joined A3P, American Third Position, a White Nationalist party in May of 2011 after several months of debate about America's and Florida's current situation and where his Christian Social values would fit in better. A3P is built in the uniquely American Tradition that embraces both classic liberalism of freedom with modern day conservatism towards current pressing issues for a neutral position, a "third" position.
Yarrow's occupational career was as a Press Operator in and around the Atlanta, GA metro area and several locations within Florida.
He held several other side jobs (waiter, busboy, food runner, construction worker, newspaper delivery person, cashier, retail counter service, marine rigging, and as a student he volunteers with education and aerospace projects) as a common worker which helped him relate and understand to those persons he has supported in the past as an activist of the working poor.
Yarrow during his 2006 political campaign was the only candidate in Florida to score 100% Green on an organic political survey, not due to political correctness or for its populism, but out of his cultural heritage; whereas, his family lived off the land and held deep respect for the earth and had a love of the land they lived on with all that mother nature could provide if taken care of.
